Description

Polaris P is an automatic linear filling system with a dosing unit that uses positive displacement pumps. It is designed for automatic filling of liquid products with lower viscosity (oils, liquors, syrups, shampoos, detergents, motor oil and other non-carbonated food, cosmetic and chemical products) into various containers.

The Polaris P machine is equipped with 2 to 16 positive displacement pumps (2 P, 4 P…16 P) with volumes of 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000 ml. A multiple dose can be set to fill larger volumes.

The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic nozzle closing and filling from the bottom.
